Job Title: Senior Application Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Application Support Specialist to join our Corporate Technology Support Organization. This role will provide expert L2 level support and maintenance for software applications, resolve complex technical issues, and collaborate with various departments to enhance service delivery and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
• Design and develop scalable systems that touch 40% of the world population.
• Collaborate multi-functionally to create design artifacts and develop best-in-class software solutions for multiple technical offerings.
• Actively contribute to product quality improvements and valuable service technology.
• Develop robust and scalable products intended for a myriad of customers including end-user merchants, B2B, and business-to-government solutions.
• Opportunities to make a difference on a global or local scale through mentorship and continued learning opportunities.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Familiarity with frameworks and technologies such as .NET, C, Angular or React, AWS or similar cloud technologies, SQL, My Sql or equivalents, MongoDB or Kafka, CI/CD, ability to optimize performance and conduct automated unit testing.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Understanding of agile methodology is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills.
