Financial Planning and Analysis Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Planning and Analysis professional to lead our strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis initiatives. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of financial metrics and business drivers.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the annual budgeting and forecasting processes across business units, providing insightful financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and operational efficiency, partnering with business leaders to drive financial performance and cost optimization, preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports, including variance analysis and commentary, developing financial models to evaluate business scenarios, investments, and strategic projects, ensuring compliance with internal controls and corporate financial policies, and supporting senior leadership with ad-hoc analysis and presentations.

Requirements
  • Candidates must have 12-17 years of experience in FP&A, preferably in a large or multinational organization.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, Power BI) is required.
  • A CA qualification with first or second attempt is desirable.
