Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals and enhance organisational effectiveness.
  • Oversee compensation planning and benefits administration, as well as ensure competitive and equitable pay structures.
  • Design and implement training programs to address skill gaps and support employee growth.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies. Handle audits and reporting as needed.

Qualifications

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or HR certification is desirable.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience working in an HR generalist role.
