Job Overview

Performance Management:This individual will develop and implement performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback mechanisms, and employee development plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals and enhance organisational effectiveness.
- Oversee compensation planning and benefits administration, as well as ensure competitive and equitable pay structures.
- Design and implement training programs to address skill gaps and support employee growth.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies. Handle audits and reporting as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or HR certification is desirable.
- Minimum 4 years of experience working in an HR generalist role.
