Business Development Manager

We are on the hunt for a skilled Business Development Manager to help us grow our customer base.
About the Job:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies to expand our presence in the market. This includes identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and closing deals.
Key Tasks:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and other stakeholders
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Travel up to 30% of the time to meet with customers and prospects
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales
- Graduate/Bachelor degree in any field
- Proficiency in Hindi and English languages
Nice-to-Haves:
- MBA or relevant postgraduate degree
- Experience in HORECA sales
- Well-groomed and presentable appearance
