  • Maintain and update customer database with accurate information after each call.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct follow-up calls to close sales.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to influence customers.
  • Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient in a competitive environment.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
