Role Overview:

The Director of Wealth will drive the development and expansion of our wealth management division, ensuring high-quality investment solutions and client-centric financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement our wealth management strategy, aligning with our global investment vision.
  • Distributor Management: Work with our channel partners - typically large financial services companies in India - to help them bring global investing products to their clients via their relationship managers and advisors
  • Client Advisory & Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and institutional clients, providing knowledge and logistics for global diversification of their wealth and investments.
  • Portfolio & Investment Management: Oversee client portfolios, present global asset classes that clients may find interesting and help them make and manage investments in identified products.
  • Market Research & Product Insights: Work with Product Research teams to stay ahead of global market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging investment opportunities to discover and curate unique global products that suit our HNI clientele.
  • Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of wealth advisors, fostering a high-performance culture.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in wealth management, investment advisory, or financial services, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in global investment products, asset allocation, and portfolio management strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks, risk management, and regulatory standards.
  • Professional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
