Senior Strategic Partner

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Strategic Partner to join our team as the right-hand person to our leader. This is a full-time, fully remote position that offers an exceptional opportunity to work directly with senior leaders on global initiatives.

The role requires strong strategic thinking and exceptional communication skills to manage cross-functional priorities and drive planning, execution, and stakeholder management for events, conferences, and forums hosted by our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate across multiple business units, ensuring alignment of goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Drive strategic planning, event management, and stakeholder engagement for high-profile events.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry tracking to provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Develop compelling presentations, reports, and briefs for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Serve as a central point of communication and ensure follow-through on commitments across teams.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and oversee operational excellence in day-to-day activities.
  • Support business development, partnerships, and relationship management with high-level stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in strategy, startup roles, or a similar field.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and work across functions simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional presence.
  • Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end, including large-scale initiatives.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability, resilience, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • High proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with tools like Notion, Trello, or Asana is a plus.
