We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead our Supply Chain Team in achieving departmental and organizational objectives.

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with extensive experience in core supply chain management and a strong background in the machine-building industry.

Supply Chain Team Lead Responsibilities:

  • Leverage expertise to develop and implement cost-effective sourcing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Identify and develop new suppliers for precision-machined components, evaluate supplier capabilities, quality systems, and production capacity.
  • Conduct cost analysis, benchmarking, and identify cost-saving opportunities through alternate sourcing, process improvements, and vendor consolidation.
  • Manage procurement of imported and locally bought-out parts such as hydraulics, mechanical, electronics, and electrical.

Candidate Profile:

  • Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
  • Experience: 10+ years heading complete Supply Chain function.
  • Strong background in the machine-building industry.
  • Preferred: Experience in capital equipment or project-based procurement, including Mother Machines selection, negotiation, and purchase.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
  • At least 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain function.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing cost-effective sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
