This is a challenging role that requires leveraging analytical expertise to provide actionable insights to clients.
The key objectives include:
- Meeting with clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with supply chain planning software.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- A strong understanding of Supply Chain Planning, Demand/Supply Planning, and Inventory Optimization.
- Demonstrated experience with Business Requirements Document (BRD) creation, test planning, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) leadership.
- Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, dashboard creation) and Advanced Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
This role involves working collaboratively in a team environment and possessing excellent oral and written communication skills.
In this position, you will be responsible for performing quantitative and observational data analyses, formulating and presenting recommendations to clients, and documenting requirements and processes.
The preferred qualification is Kinaxis Rapid Response Author certification or Contributor certification.

Requirements
- Hands-on Experience: 4+ years of experience with supply chain planning software.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Power BI, Advanced Excel, and scripting languages like RapidTables.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Kinaxis Rapid Response Author certification or Contributor certification.
