Job Title: Supply Chain Transformation Expert

Job Description

The role of a Supply Chain Transformation Expert involves driving data-driven strategies to enhance procurement, planning, and distribution processes. This includes leveraging advanced analytics and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning to optimize operations and support the delivery of high-quality healthcare solutions.

This position will develop and implement comprehensive supply chain data science and AI strategies that align with procurement, planning, and distribution objectives. The focus will be on service levels, cost-to-serve models, and optimizing inventory levels and distribution logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic supply chain data science and AI plan to drive operational efficiency and cost savings.
  • Identify and integrate key data sources (internal and external) to enhance visibility and accuracy in procurement decisions and planning & distribution processes.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies and tools to enhance data collection, analysis, and visualization capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize data science initiatives that drive operational efficiencies and cost savings.
  • Lead the initiative to deploy scientific replenishment strategies in Trade (India and Global markets).
  • Design and implement predictive AI/ML models to enhance demand forecasting accuracy and optimize inventory levels.
  • Drive innovation by exploring and implementing advanced analytics techniques, machine learning models, and AI algorithms to derive insights from large datasets.
