Strategic Change Enablement Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced professional with 8-15 years of experience in HR change and enablement management.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Global Change Lead to successfully embed organizational transformation.
- Develop strategic engagement and learning strategies, ensuring alignment with the overall business plan.
- Create a tailored stakeholder engagement strategy based on a change impact assessment.
- Work closely with program and project managers, business analysts, and design SMEs to achieve strategic objectives.
- Coordinate interdependencies and deployments across various HR and business projects.
- Design and deliver high-quality materials to drive user adoption and sustainability of change initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8-15 years of experience in change management or HR enablement roles.
- Proven ability to partner with stakeholders and act as a thought leader in change management.
- Strong understanding of the project lifecycle and ability to create high-impact engagement and learning strategies.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Successful user adoption and business readiness.
- High-quality materials and content that drive user engagement.
