About the Role

The primary objective of this position is to manage projects in the manuscript writing stage through final production stages to ensure timely publication.

  • Manage multiple digital and print content projects through pre-publication to publication to guarantee effective and accurate management and publication of print and digital assets.
  • Collaborate with global cross-functional teams, authors, editors, and contributors to resolve problems and ensure successful on-time project publication.
  • Built relationships with authors, contributors, and editors to provide updates and guidance throughout the publication process.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • 2-5 years of experience delivering titles on schedule using active monitoring.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal communication.
  • Able to resolve queries and problems quickly and completely.
  • Experience of tracking all projects in purview and proactive problem-solving.
  • Track and update metadata pertaining to books in our title management system.
  • Show experience of solving problems by implementing creative solutions that make a difference.
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems.
