Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Email Systems Administrator to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for administering, troubleshooting, and maintaining Microsoft Exchange environments.
  • They will manage Office 365 environments, including mailbox migrations, policy setup, and compliance.
  • The Email Systems Administrator will implement and maintain Cisco IronPort email security solutions.
  • They will manage hybrid mail flow, connectors, and coexistence between on-premise and cloud platforms.
  • The successful candidate will resolve issues related to OWA, ECP, autodiscover, DAG, SSL certificates, and IIS.
  • They will perform user and group management tasks, including DLs, public folders, and shared mailboxes.
  • The Email Systems Administrator will handle cases involving Azure AD Connect, ADFS, and SSO integrations.
  • They will execute PowerShell scripts for Exchange and O365 automation.
  • The successful candidate will maintain email retention policies, eDiscovery, and compliance configurations.
  • They will provide L2/L3 support for escalated messaging incidents.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

  • Microsoft Exchange Server: Experience with Exchange 2010, 2013, 2016, and 2019.
  • Office 365 & Exchange Online: Proficient in managing Office 365 and Exchange Online.
  • Email Security: Experience with Cisco IronPort Email Security.
  • Azure AD & Connect: Knowledge of Azure Active Directory and Azure AD Connect.
  • Hybrid Mail Flow: Expertise in configuring and troubleshooting Hybrid Mailflow.
  • Powershell: Proficient in Powershell scripting for Exchange and O365.
  • Email Protocols: Strong understanding of SMTP, MAPI, POP, IMAP, Outlook Anywhere.
  • SSL/IIS Management: Experience with SSL/IIS management and troubleshooting.
  • Windows Server: Knowledge of Windows Server (2012, 2016).
