Job Opportunity: We seek a seasoned Internal Audit professional to lead our practice.

About the Role:

  1. We are looking for an experienced leader with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, who can drive business growth through strategic decision-making.
  2. The ideal candidate will have expertise in internal audit procedures and processes, as well as experience in managing high-performing teams.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  4. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required, and preferably supplemented by a master's degree or certification in a relevant area such as internal auditing, accounting, or finance.
  5. Prior experience in internal audit management, with a proven track record of success, would be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective audit plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality audit results on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, and develop strategies to improve business performance.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, and contribute to their professional development.

Benefits:

This role offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $100,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
