POSITION SUMMARYThe Internal Audit Manager will assist the Global Compliance Manager in executing the internal audit / Internal Controls plan to ensure the Compliance health for the Regions "North America & Latin America", "EMEA" and "Rest of the World". This position as Internal Audit Manager is a hands-on job that will provide you with a lot of exposure to different areas of the Compliance Program of the company: preparing the internal audit plan, Managing the Internal Audit Team / Internal Controls team, coaching and motivating the team, finalizing the audit reports, discussion with the management for implementation plan, updating the status to senior management team. Responsibilities include but not limited to

Performs end to end risk-based audits includes planning, manage, and perform audits, including determining audit objectives and scope, identifying and assessing risks, developing time budgets and audit programs, and ensuring compliance with Internal Audit work paper standards for each audit.Assists evaluating how well risk management is being handled within the company - checking information security and risk exposures

Assists Global Compliance Manager on risk management issues

Provides continued education and advice to different business units and teams regarding compliance and risk assessment

Assists monitoring the process changes and implementation of fraud mitigations measurements.Anticipates emerging issues through data and assessment

Preparation of draft reports and provide recommendations to issues identified during the auditPOSITION REQUIREMENTSQualified CA Minimum of 10 years' experience in Internal Audit post qualification Proven experience in the field of Internal Audit, SOX Audits, IFC Audits. Ability to undertake financial audits (an independent check of an organization's financial position) Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

Excellent active listening, written communication and verbal communication skills

Team management / People skills Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
