Job Title: Operations Manager

About the Role:

As a key member of our hostel operations team, you will be responsible for leading daily services and overseeing all aspects of student residential life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive the overall hostel operations strategy to ensure seamless collaboration between departments and meet institutional goals.
  • Lead a team of hostel managers, support staff, and vendor coordinators to deliver smooth, student-friendly operations.
  • Work closely with senior management to review and improve policies and procedures related to student well-being.
  • Maintain proactive communication with parents and students on sensitive or emergency situations.
  • Oversee third-party vendors and partners involved in housekeeping, security, food, and maintenance to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Track KPIs and use data-driven insights to continuously improve processes and policies.
  • Prepare regular reports on hostel performance, grievances, service levels, and student satisfaction.

Requirements:

We are seeking a highly motivated leader with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to handle both student concerns and high-touch parent interactions. A minimum of 4-8 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in hospitality, luxury housing, student co-living, or client experience.
  • Demonstrated ability in leading teams, managing vendors, and driving outcomes through others.
  • Strong conflict resolution, prioritization, and people management skills.
