We are currently seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Cluster Manager in our bancassurance life insurance team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing teams within the bancassurance channel and driving business growth. They must have a strong track record of success in the insurance industry, with the ability to lead effectively and make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team to drive sales and business growth within the bancassurance channel.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance their performance and career development.
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with banking partners to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Monitor team performance and report progress to senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: A minimum of 4-8 years of experience in the bancassurance channel is mandatory.
  • Background: Must have a strong background and career record in the insurance industry.
  • Skills:
  • Team handling experience is essential. Experience in bancassurance, direct, or alternate channels is acceptable.
  • Proven track record of success and stability.
  • Industry Preference: We are only considering candidates from an insurance background.
