About the Role

SAP SuccessFactors Implementation and Management Expert

This role involves implementing, managing, and overseeing global projects for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SAP SF EC).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, manage, and oversee full implementation project timelines, quality, and budget.
  2. Coordinate internal and external stakeholders (HR, IT, external partners) to ensure seamless collaboration.
  3. Create and maintain project plans, status reports, and risk assessments to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Ensure compliance with governance, change management, and organizational standards to guarantee successful project delivery.
  5. Prepare and lead workshops, presentations, and decision-making sessions to drive business outcomes.
  6. Support global rollout strategy and localization efforts to meet regional requirements.
Technical Lead & Advisor Responsibilities
  • Own the technical implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, leveraging expertise in system architecture and best practices.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to project teams and business stakeholders, recommending optimal technical solutions to drive business success.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Design and implement integrations with local systems (e.g., payroll, time management), ensuring seamless data exchange and process automation.
  • Conduct testing, issue resolution, and release management to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain reports (Story Reports, Embedded SAC), providing valuable insights to support business decision-making.
  • Support technical documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to promote employee skills and competencies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required, preferably in managing HR IT projects.
  • Several years of experience in international rollouts, preferably in Europe, is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in both agile and traditional project management methodologies is essential.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills are critical for success in this role.
  • Intercultural competence and experience working in multinational project teams are highly valued.
