Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors EC Specialist

  • The ideal candidate will be based out of Bangalore and have expertise in Employee Life Cycle Management process in Global organizations.
  • They must have a strong understanding of the Employee Central Solution and be able to define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirements and standard SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution.
  • Able to provide Consulting Services to Global organizations in HCM Best Practices, help clients migrate to SAP HCM Cloud solutions, and create Solution Design for SuccessFactors Employee Management Solution in compliance with the Best Practices.
  • Hands-on experience with all Data Models and excellent knowledge of XML is required. They should have worked on MDF , foundation objects , associations , Business rules and workflows.
  • Must have hands-on experience with Time-Off and EC payroll system configuration.
  • Expertise in translations and uploading translation packs for data models configuration and MDF is necessary.
  • Strong learning ability - agility and willingness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environments.
