Domo Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Domo Business Intelligence Analyst to support our strategic Business Intelligence assessment and transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will work closely with our team of experts to optimize Domo BI usage, develop ETL pipelines, and create engaging dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure Domo instances and manage user roles to ensure seamless data governance policies.
  • Build and maintain ETL pipelines using Domo Magic ETL and SQL transforms to deliver accurate and timely insights.
  • Develop and enhance dashboards using Domo Cards, Pages, and DDX Bricks to provide actionable business intelligence.
  • Monitor data refreshes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data quality and performance to meet business needs.

**Dashboard Rationalization & Inventory:**

  • Support the inventory and classification of existing dashboards to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Document dashboard usage, ownership, and business relevance to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in identifying dashboards for retirement, consolidation, or enhancement to optimize resource allocation.

**Data Integration & Analysis:**

  • Connect to various data sources and validate data accuracy to ensure reliable insights.
  • Perform data profiling and cleansing to support reporting needs and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into effective Domo solutions.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

Experience:

  • 2–4 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience with Domo BI (ETL, dashboarding, dataflows).

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Domo Magic ETL, SQL, and dashboard development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and documentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
