Seeking a Data Insights Professional

Transforming business outcomes relies on data-driven decision-making. As a detail-oriented and analytical professional, you will collect, clean, and organize datasets for insightful analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of databases by performing exploratory and advanced data analysis to identify trends and patterns.
  • Develop dashboards and reports using data visualization tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide actionable solutions based on data insights.
  • Contribute to process improvements by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements.
  • Automate recurring reporting tasks using AI/ML-based tools.
  • Present findings in a clear and concise manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Experience with data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Hands-on experience in automation workflows (Python scripts, AI/ML models).
  • Ability to work with large, complex datasets and build analytical models.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Quick learner with the ability to grasp domain knowledge.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Prior experience in business intelligence reporting or MIS.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven analytics or automation platforms.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of relevant work experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or database management.
