About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with leadership and cross-functional teams to derive insights from data, identify gaps, and solve high-impact business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management: Gather, clean, and organize data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Data Analysis: Perform in-depth analyses to uncover insights, trends, and correlations supporting business and product decisions.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Build intuitive dashboards and reports using visualization tools for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Predictive Modelling: Develop statistical and machine learning models for forecasting and decision optimization.
  • Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, and engineering teams to understand analytics requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Communication: Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a product-based company.
  • Strong Proficiency: SQL, Python, and Excel.
  • Hands-on Experience: Data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Familiarity: Mixpanel or similar product analytics tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work with large datasets, identify trends, and convert data into strategic insights.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical, critical thinking, and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent Communication Abilities: Presentation and stakeholder management.
