About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Senior Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support for SAP FICO module enhancements, upgrades, and integrations with other SAP and non-SAP systems.

You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand financial processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend SAP FICO solutions. Additionally, you will stay current with SAP best practices, industry trends, and upcoming releases to recommend innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Incidents, Tickets, Change Requests, and Change Management processes.
  • Closely collaborate with business stakeholders to understand financial processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend SAP FICO solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with SAP best practices, industry trends, and upcoming releases to provide expert guidance and recommendations.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or master's in commerce, finance, business administration, computer science, information technology, MBA (finance or equivalent), or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of hands-on work experience as an SAP FICO Senior Consultant in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
  • Strong exposure in Financial Accounting, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger Accounting, Taxes, Cost center and Profit center accounting, Asset accounting, Bank Accounting, Controlling.
  • FICO integration with MM & SD Modules, Project System, COPA, Banking - EBS & DME.
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.
  • Expert understanding of Interfaces, IDocs, and eDocument.
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, processes, and best practices.
  • SAP certification in FICO is highly desirable.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is a plus.
