About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned SAP FICO professional to lead our financial accounting and control initiatives. This role is ideal for an individual with in-depth knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting modules, particularly in Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Asset Accounting, Transfer Pricing, Project Systems (PS), and Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR).

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and configuring SAP FICO solutions, ensuring best practices are followed. They will engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable SAP solutions.

  • Implementation & Configuration: Lead and manage SAP FICO implementations, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules.
  • Business Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and develop effective SAP solutions.
  • Testing: Conduct thorough testing of all FICO configurations and integrations to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation for configurations, changes, and enhancements to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Training: Provide training to end-users and junior consultants on the use and support of SAP FICO systems.
  • Support & Maintenance: Offer ongoing support to identify areas of improvement and ensure the stability of the FICO modules.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP updates and industry trends to recommend and implement best practices.

This position requires a high level of expertise and experience in SAP FICO, with a focus on large-scale implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the SAP FICO module, including GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Internal Order Accounting.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience with SAP FICO, with a proven track record in large-scale implementations.
  • Excellent knowledge of the SAP FICO module, including but not limited to GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Internal Order Accounting.
  • Strong understanding of integration points between FICO and other SAP modules.
