Job Title\

A highly skilled and experienced SAP FICO Team Lead is required to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of SAP FICO modules, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing and guiding a team.

  • Lead the SAP FICO team providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
  • Oversee the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of SAP FICO modules ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Coordinate and manage projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting on progress and outcomes.

Key Skills:

  • Proficient in SAP FICO configuration and customization.
  • Expertise in asset accounting and TDS accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, and cost controlling.
  • Solid understanding of taxation principles and accounting standards.
  • Experience with SAP integration with other modules such as MM, SD, and PS.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience working with SAP FICO modules.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role managing a team of SAP professionals.
