Job Title: Center Manager

Overview:

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for leading a team to achieve business targets and insurance sales in a defined cluster of branches. You will also be expected to build partnerships with the bank and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise executives to meet agreed business targets and insurance sales goals.
  • Manage discrepancies at the cluster level, provide support for ongoing issue resolution, manage initiatives deployed, and provide induction and on-the-job training for Ops processes and workflows to the team.
  • Participate in hiring processes, counsel and mentor performance, conduct fortnightly PRPs, co-create and implement recognition platforms to build a capable and motivated team.
  • Anticipate training requirements for the partner and lead the development and deployment of partner training programs to increase selling effectiveness of owned as well as partner teams.
  • Ensure the system meets requirements to ensure the relationship is productive and mutually beneficial and compliant with all regulatory requirements.
  • Deploy and monitor implementation specifically Bank staff contests/R&R to accelerate revenue generation with the Channel.

Measure of Success:

  • CBP, Case Size, manmonths, Paid cases
  • Initiatives deployed - Plan VS actual

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master of Business Administration or equivalent
  • 5-7 years of experience in Sales, prior experience in Insurance essential with min 2 years of team handling experience.
