Project Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing turnkey retail interior projects, including furniture and fittings.

The Project Manager will play a critical role in overseeing project execution from concept to completion, ensuring that all work is delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Planning & Execution: Manage and oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, including design, procurement, installation, and handover.
  2. Coordination: Liaise with internal teams, clients, contractors, suppliers, and designers to ensure smooth project execution.
  3. Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets and timelines. Ensure projects are completed within agreed financial constraints.
  4. CAD Drawings: Interpret and review CAD drawings, layouts, and design plans to ensure alignment with client requirements and feasibility for implementation.
  5. Quality Control: Monitor the quality of materials, finishes, and installations, ensuring that all work complies with specifications and meets client expectations.
  6. Vendor Management: Source and manage suppliers for furniture, fixtures, and fittings. Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
  7. Risk Management: Identify potential risks during project execution and implement mitigation plans.
  8. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, providing regular updates to clients and senior management.
  9. Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Address client concerns, provide regular updates, and manage expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of project management experience, specifically in the retail interior design and fit-out sector.
  • Technical Skills:
  1. Familiarity with Advanced Excel for project tracking and budgeting.
  2. Familiarity with CAD software and ability to understand and review technical drawings and plans.
  3. Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
