Senior Clinical Data Coordinator Job Description

Our team seeks an experienced Clinical Data Coordinator to lead project-specific and departmental document tracking activities.

  • Coordinate the development, review, and implementation of data management plans and protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage user acceptance testing (UAT) processes to guarantee robust database design.
  • Perform procedure verification and validation activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Design, implement, and maintain databases, data repositories, and related systems.
  • Conduct manual data listings as needed and provide support for audits and quality control initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for subordinates on project and process specifics.
  • Act as a backup for the Data Manager and assist in the preparation and review of departmental SOPs.
  • Ensure adherence to applicable rules, regulations, guidelines, standard operating procedures, work instructions, and policies.
