**Job Title:** Luxury Property Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our luxury property team as an intern. This is an excellent opportunity for students or fresh graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in the luxury real estate sector.

As a Luxury Property Associate, you will be responsible for supporting our operations, client strategy, and sales teams. Your primary focus will be on handling cold calls and other client interactions, including introductions, follow-ups, and scheduling meetings.

In addition to your client-facing responsibilities, you will also assist with market research, competitor analysis, and data entry. You will work closely with our client servicing team to create presentations, briefs, and reports that showcase our properties and services.

We are looking for candidates who possess strong communication and persuasion skills, especially in client-facing situations. You should also be able to multitask and manage day-to-day operational responsibilities with ease.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Current student or recent graduate in Business, Real Estate, Management, or related fields">

  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite">
