Network Support Specialist

We're looking for a highly skilled Network Support Specialist to join our international team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional network support and engineering solutions to our clients across the globe.

About the Role:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with GTD-5 switches
  • Deliver Tier 3 telephony and hardware support
  • Interface with customers, support teams, and vendors to resolve network problems

Key Requirements:
  • At least 5 years' hands-on experience with GTD-5 hardware support and telephony troubleshooting
  • Experience with call processing and translations
  • Familiarity with central office procedures and ISO27001 compliance
