Software Automation Lead

This position involves leading a team of automation engineers to design and implement efficient test automation frameworks using C#. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of software development principles, including agile methodologies, and be able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

The selected individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex test automation scripts, collaborating with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, and mentoring junior team members. Experience with BDD, SpecFlow, Page Object Model, and Hybrid framework is highly desirable.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of test automation frameworks using C#
  • Develop and maintain complex test automation scripts
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities
  • Mentor junior team members
  • Ensure high-quality code and adhere to coding standards

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in software automation testing
  • At least 2+ years of technical experience in C# programming language
  • Experience with BDD, SpecFlow, Page Object Model, and Hybrid framework
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and database management
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum project participation
