Role Description

We are seeking a
full-time, on-site Asterisk Support Engineer
to join our team in Meerut. The Asterisk Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for Asterisk-based systems. Daily responsibilities include customer support, technical assistance, diagnosing and resolving system issues, and ensuring optimal system performance.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and providing technical support
  • Experience in customer support and service
  • Familiarity with Linux and other operating systems
  • Knowledge of
    PHP, , and databases
    (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience with Asterisk or telephony systems (a plus)
