Product Design Leader

As a Product Design Leader, you will shape the future of our company by designing and releasing intuitive and powerful solutions that empower both our internal teams and external users. You will lead the design team and be the lead for our design strategy, ensuring a consistent, high-quality user experience across internal and external applications.

  • Design Strategy: Define and drive the holistic design vision for our products, staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI, UX, and product design.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in product management, engineering, and data science to align on product strategy, goals, and roadmaps.
  • Customer Advocacy: Advocate for the user through research, testing, and feedback, ensuring design decisions are informed by a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors.

Required Skills:

  • 12+ years of experience in product design within a technology or product-centric company.
  • Proven experience leading a team of designers who design and ship AI-powered products or features.
  • Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, with a track record of using data to inform design decisions.
  • Excellent relationship management skills working in a technical environment with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent.
