Job Overview

  • To guarantee the delivery of customer satisfaction, we are looking for an Interior Design Project Manager who can lead a team of Operations Leads and coordinate with design and production teams to meet committed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • The successful candidate will own the customer experience from booking to handover, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • They will resolve issues promptly, empowering existing teams and hiring top talent for regional growth.
  • Maintain standardized processes and customer experience.
  • Meet key performance indicators: Customer Move-In Timeline Adherence, Overall CSAT Score, and Escalation Resolution.

Requirements

  • A strong educational background in NIT/BITS/IIT or MBA from IIM/Tier 1 B-schools is preferred.
  • The ideal candidate should have 7-12 years of work experience in Startups or Operations.
  • Proven people management skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, strong analytical ability, and structured thought process are essential.
  • Familiarity with fast-paced startup environments and strategic alliance management through builders, architects, and interior consultants is a plus.
