Job Description

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver who thinks outside the box and approaches design with a user-first mindset.

As part of our design team, you will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to create engaging, intuitive, and impactful digital experiences that prioritize user and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design user-friendly interfaces and experiences for mobile and SaaS web applications.
  • Translate ideas and requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Apply design thinking principles to solve complex user problems creatively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, marketing) to bring designs to life.
  • Ensure consistency of brand and product design across different platforms.
  • Conduct user research and integrate user feedback into the design process.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing work in mobile apps or SaaS web apps.
  • Solid experience with design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator (or similar).
  • Deep understanding of UI/UX principles, usability, and design thinking methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a creative, out-of-the-box approach.
  • Ability to work proactively and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with prototyping and collaboration tools like InVision, Miro, or Adobe XD.
  • Basic understanding of front-end development concepts (HTML/CSS) to improve collaboration with developers.
  • Experience conducting usability testing and user interviews.
