Key Accountabilities:

  7. Drive recruitment strategies to attract top talent and fill critical roles.
About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • MBA/MSW – HR from a reputable institution with 10 years of experience in Retail, Service, and Manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong governance and business case development skills.
  • Able to develop advanced workforce planning capabilities.
  • Familiarity with implementing HR philosophies and reducing administrative work for HR business partners.
  • Experience in improving employee-facing HR systems and line manager capabilities.
  • High-impact organisational focus for continuous improvement.
