Job Opportunity

The role of a Technical Lead is to lead junior developers in building scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills.

The team works on a product that is trusted by industry leaders, and as a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for mentoring team members and coordinating input from stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in core Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot, as well as experience with web services standards, SaaS product development, and database technologies.

A strong understanding of JSON/RESTful API/Web Services, AWS, and queuing systems is also an advantage. Additionally, good communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential.

This role requires high self-motivation and direction, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To design and implement software solutions using Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot.
  • To mentor junior developers and coordinate input from stakeholders.
  • To ensure the scalability and reliability of software solutions.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years of experience in core Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot.
