**Job Overview**

The role of Human Resources Admin involves managing various aspects of HR and administration within an organization. This includes handling tasks related to recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

 

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage employee relations and conflicts resolution
  • Coordinate recruitment processes and interviews
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for HR and administration
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and maintain confidentiality of employee information
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals

 

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-8 years of experience in HR/administration roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

 

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Mastery of HR software and systems
  • Experience with performance management and employee development programs
  • Certification in HR or a related field (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI)
