Job Title: Associate - Trading Services

Our team is seeking a highly skilled Operations Analyst to join our Portfolio Solutions & Research Support Team. As an integral part of our investment process, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of decision-making and trade-flow processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee middle office data environment and system readiness
  • Ensure data integrity through ongoing validation tests
  • Reconcile positions, transactions, and indicative data
  • Enter client portfolio requests into workflow tools
  • Evaluate operational incidents early and ensure root cause analysis
  • Deliver consistent results while managing multiple tasks
  • Adapt to changing environments and implement new processes
  • Prepare and distribute MIS reports on business and operations

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate strong academic background and minimum 2 years industry experience
  • Apply process automation skills with Python, Alteryx, SQL, and VBA
  • Communicate complex issues clearly and effectively
  • Prioritize tasks with urgency and execute efficiently
  • Drive process changes and efficiencies in business operations
  • Understand investment products and maintain a control-oriented mindset
