Job Title: Data Solutions SpecialistKey Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain robust data architectures using tools like dbt (Data Build Tool).
  • Collaborate with data engineers to design, build, and ingest data from various sources.
  • E nsure data quality, consistency, and documentation across all datasets through meticulous testing frameworks.
  • Work closely with analysts and business teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights by developing bespoke analytics solutions.
  • Implement and maintain data validation frameworks to validate pipeline integrity and ensure data accuracy.
  • Optimize SQL queries and data transformations for performance and scalability by leveraging expertise in database management.
  • Maintain version control and CI/CD pipelines for analytics codebases.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and models in production, resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experienced data analysts with SQL skills who can analyze complex data & develop reports using Looker, Domo tools.
  • At least 6 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or BI development, with a strong focus on data modeling and architecture.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with dbt or similar data modeling tools, as well as a solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL/ELT processes.
  • Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) and ability to design scalable data architectures.
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows, with a strong emphasis on version control and collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
