Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Gen AI Developer to play a vital role in creating an innovative AI-powered application for UI interface integration with LLM APIs. As part of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance contextual understanding of data. This involves developing workflows to improve data processing, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) with vector databases and retrieval systems, preprocessing documents, research papers, and datasets, collaborating with data scientists and domain experts to fine-tune AI models, building prototypes and proof-of-concept apps, evaluating and testing AI outputs for accuracy, relevance, and safety.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Gen AI concepts and LLM architectures (Transformers, Attention, etc.).
- Familiarity with RAG pipelines, vector embeddings, and tools like FAISS, Pinecone, or Weaviate.
- Programming knowledge in Python and experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and data preprocessing techniques.
- Awareness of ethical considerations and data sensitivity in medical applications.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
