Senior AI Developer

The Senior AI Developer will lead the design, development, and deployment of Large Language Model (LLM) models and Gen AI applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundational knowledge in traditional machine learning and deep neural networks, as well as experience with Azure AI services, including Cognitive search, Azure Machine Learning and Azure OpenAI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing, developing, and deploying LLM models and Gen AI applications
  • Leveraging Azure AI services to build and deploy AI/Gen AI applications
  • Demonstrating strong proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning/LLM/Gen AI libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Langchain and NLP tools like SpaCy, NLTK
  • Having hands-on experience with LlamaIndex, LangChain, or equivalent frameworks
  • Designing and implementing advanced RetrievalAugmented Generation (RAG) based Gen AI solutions
  • Evaluating and implementing different embedding models and chunking strategies
  • Designing and implementing agentic AI systems that can autonomously perform tasks, make decisions, and interact with other systems or users effectively
