Job Description

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs, objectives, and expectations. Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, serving as their advocate within the organization.

Identify client challenges and provide innovative solutions to address them, leveraging internal resources and expertise. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and projects.

Ensure timely and effective communication between clients and internal teams, managing expectations and addressing any issues or concerns. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring that all client requirements are met on time and within scope.

Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, project details, and work records to facilitate smooth operations and future reference. Contribute to pitches alongside agency staff to secure new business opportunities and contribute to company growth.

Ensure the overall quality of creative content and services delivered, maintaining set standards and exceeding client expectations.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field

Experience in a related field is preferred.
