Store Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned retail professional to lead our store operations and team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining premium retail standards.

About the Role

  • Recruiting, training, and mentoring store staff to achieve excellence in customer service and sales performance.
  • Fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the store.
  • Setting and tracking key performance indicators to drive business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities as a Store Manager will include:

  • Leading daily store operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Overseeing inventory management, stock levels, and replenishments to maximize sales potential.
  • Generating weekly/monthly reports on sales, customer insights, and operations to inform business decisions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in a Store Management position, preferably in luxury/fashion/footwear.
  • A proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-term relationships.
  • Proficiency in POS and inventory management systems.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in Hindi/Marathi.
