Job Description:The Senior Production Artist plays a vital role in leading, mentoring, and guiding at every level across our team, production partners, agencies, and clients. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to deliver constructive feedback to direct reports and others.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Maintain exceptional knowledge of print processes and methods, articulating their requirements and guiding internal and external partners to achieve desired results.
- Network with senior internal and external personnel in areas of expertise.
- Drive growth in new and innovative ways to help clients deliver.
- Thrive in a fast-paced setting, take initiative, and work well autonomously.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and methods.
- Build strong, trusting relationships internally and with clients & agencies.
- Degree in Graphic Design with 5-7 years of experience as a Production Artist in a studio or agency environment.
- Excel and Smartsheet experience.
- Highly skilled in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop production across print and digital deliverables.
- Experience managing direct reports is a plus.
