Program Manager Role

About this Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic thinker to lead our verification programs. As a Program Manager, you will oversee end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery, meeting client requirements, and optimizing processes for quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality verification services.
  • Develop strategies for efficient project execution, aligning with company goals and client expectations.
  • Identify key project risks and mitigate them to ensure timely delivery within scope.

Cross-Functional Team Coordination:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth program execution.
  • Facilitate regular project status meetings, track progress, and ensure action items are completed.

Process Improvement & Optimization:

  • Continuously evaluate current workflows and identify areas for improvement in program delivery.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for background checks and verifications.
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices.

Reporting & Metrics:

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for program success.
  • Provide regular reporting to senior management on program performance.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in program management or operations.
  • Proven track record of managing large, complex projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to manage relationships and negotiate effectively.
