Job Title: Business System Specialist

The Business Systems Specialist is a pivotal member of the Sales Operations team, working in our Bangalore office in India.

  • This role ensures accurate and efficient performance of sales tools through timely resolution of support tickets.

Supported sales tools include Salesforce, Callidus CPQ, Clari, People.ai, ClosePlan, and Callidus Commissions.

Impact
  • Resolve tickets from sales users related to supported tools, driving issues to resolution with a focus on customer satisfaction and task execution.
  • Triage Level 2 tickets to the right stakeholders with required information.
  • Assist in scheduled system maintenance via data migrations.
  • Manage Service Level Agreement targets.
  • Address access and visibility concerns.
  • Document best practices and usage guidelines.
  • Demonstrate continuous learning, flexibility, customer focus, quality commitment, and strong relationships.
Key Qualifications
  • At least 5+ years of experience in an IT/Salesforce Helpdesk role or Salesforce certification.
  • Salesforce Administrator experience is highly beneficial.
  • Strong knowledge of navigating Salesforce landscape and terminology, focusing on data security and territory management.
  • Experience in sales processes and environments is advantageous.
  • Hands-on experience providing system support to users.
  • Excellent team player with a service-oriented attitude and customer focus.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Quick learner and able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Aggressive problem solver.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
