Patent Drafting and Prosecution Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Patent Drafting and Prosecution Manager with 5–8 years of experience in patent drafting and prosecution. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in Computer Science/IT and proven expertise in drafting patent applications and preparing office action responses across major jurisdictions, including the US, Europe, and India.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Drafting high-quality patent applications in the US, EP, and India.
  • Preparing and reviewing responses to office actions from the USPTO, EPO, and Indian Patent Office.
  • Managing and guiding a team of Sr. Associates/Associates on drafting and prosecution assignments.
  • Collaborating with inventors, in-house counsel, and R&D teams to capture technical inventions.
  • Maintaining strong client communication and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering (preferred).
  • A Law degree (desirable).
  • Patent agent qualification (required).
  • Hands-on experience in drafting patent applications and preparing responses to office actions for the US, EP, and India.
