Job Title: Intellectual Property Rights Lead

Seeking a skilled professional to manage key IP-related matters including prosecution, litigation, and advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle IPR matters including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and designs.
  • Advise on IP strategy, protection, enforcement, and commercialization.
  • Draft, review, and file IP applications, oppositions, assignments, and licensing agreements.
  • Represent clients in IPR litigation and enforcement actions.
  • Conduct IP due diligence, freedom to operate (FTO), and infringement analysis.
  • Liaise with external counsels for cross-border IP matters.
  • Lead junior team members, ensuring knowledge development and quality delivery.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends, legal amendments, and case laws related to IPR.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law. Registered Patent Agent is a plus.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in IP law, preferably in a law firm or in-house legal team.
  • Strong legal drafting, analytical, and research skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling abilities.
  • Proven track record in managing complex IPR portfolios and high-stakes litigation.
