Job Title: Azure Cloud Lead

 

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our cloud efforts, focusing on the Azure platform.

 

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • - Host and support customer systems in the Azure cloud environment.

  • - Develop skills across the Azure platform.

  • - Design and implement multi-tier, high-availability infrastructure architectures in the Azure cloud environment.

  • - Ensure adherence to disaster recovery, business continuity, and availability best practices.

 

Requirements:

  • - Azure Experience: 3+ years of experience with Azure.

  • - Linux Skills: 5+ years of work experience with Linux.

  • - Cloud Computing: Deep understanding of cloud computing and various deployment methodologies.

  • - Infrastructure Architectures: Ability to design application and deployment architecture from on-premise to cloud.

  • - Security Options: Strong knowledge of security options in Azure.

  • - Scripting: Strong shell scripting experience using Bash, Python, or Perl.

  • - Configuration Management Systems: Knowledge in configuration management systems such as Chef, Puppet, Ansible.

  • - Networking Concepts: Good understanding of networking concepts like TCP/IP, DHCP, IP Routing, and Name Resolution.

  • - OS Concepts: OS concepts on security, backup, and recovery strategies, performance tuning, LDAP, high availability, and disaster recovery concepts.
